Return & Refund Policy โ€“ Gadget Mahal

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused or unworn, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. Youโ€™ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase and a complete unboxing video from start to end (without cuts or edits).

If your return request is accepted, weโ€™ll share the return process details and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unboxing video proof is required in all such cases.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personal care items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Perishables or consumables

  • Customized or special order products

  • Gift cards or sale items

Please contact us if youโ€™re unsure whether your item is eligible for a return.


Return Shipping & Fees

  • Customers are required to pay a fixed return shipping fee of โ‚น100.

  • Returns must be sent using the courier and instructions we provide.

  • We do not charge any restocking fee.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only allowed for wrong or damaged products and require a valid unboxing video as proof.
If you need a different product, please place a new order after your return has been accepted.


Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once an order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.
To request cancellation, please contact us via email or WhatsApp.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, weโ€™ll notify you if the refund is approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method (or to your bank account for Cash on Delivery orders) within 8โ€“15 business days.

Please note:
It may take some additional time for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at gadgetmahal.store@gmail.com.


Invalid Return Reasons

We cannot accept returns for the following reasons:

  • Buyer changes mind after placing the order.

  • Buyer no longer wants the item after delivery.
